West Virginia Paving operates 12 asphalt plants, multiple paving and prep crews, and other partnerships throughout the state. West Virginia Paving manufactures and supplies many different mixes of hot mix asphalt for any specification and requirement. Thank you for visiting our website! West Virginia Paving, Inc. is a proud team of over 300 professionals who work every day to connect our communities throughout West Virginia. We produce asphalt, pave roads and parking lots, and perform grading and drainage services throughout the state. With our CRH Company colleagues at Central Supply Company of WV, Appalachian Aggregates, LLC, and Shamblin Stone, Inc., we can provide a full range of materials and paving solutions for infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and residential projects of all sizes.

For about 50 years, we have built our reputation for quality, service, and safety. Our experienced team can help your project move successfully and safely from inception to completion. We have proven and deep expertise in:

  • Airport rehabilitation projects for the Federal Aviation Administration
  • Residential parking lots, roadways, and streets for developers
  • Commercial site drainage, grading, and paving
  • Federal and State highway rehabilitation and paving, including drainage, grading, and widening upgrades
  • Rehabilitation and resurfacing for the West Virginia Parkways Authority
  • Production of West Virginia Department of Highways-approved aggregates and asphalt products
