West Virginia Paving, Inc., a CRH Company, is an asphalt producer, paving contractor, and highway construction contractor with operations in the state of West Virginia. WVP operates 12 asphalt plants in the state of West Virginia and other partnerships throughout the state. We manufacture and supply many different mixes of hotmix asphalt to any specification and requirement.
